Seachange Buyers Advocates was founded by Geoff Oxford, a Peninsula resident and investor with over 27 years experience in the industry. Geoff believes the wonderful Mornington Peninsula offers one of the best lifestyles available in Australia. Geoff loves the Peninsula so much he has invested his time and money heavily in the area. Geoff started investing in real estate well over 27 years ago whilst working in the developing and construction industry. He later become an award winning architectural builder who purchased, sold, built and developed, advised, negotiated and project managed millions of dollars worth of property transactions to acquire wealth for his clients and his portfolio. Geoff or “Oxy” as he is known locally, became a buyers advocate because he loves the challenge of finding that perfect family or retirement home, farm or investment property for clients wanting a piece of paradise on the Peninsula.
