Yongxin Accounting

Yongxin Accounting is based in Upper Mount Gravatt, Brisbane, and has provided accounting and taxation services since 2012. It supports businesses, professionals, investors and individuals through its Sanders Street office and bilingual communication.

Business services cover companies, trusts, sole traders and partnerships. Clients can receive support with accounting records, BAS/GST, business tax and entity structures. Periodic compliance and year-end tax work can use the same financial records, creating continuity between daily accounting and annual reporting.

The practice also assists with company and trust structures. New businesses can discuss how entity arrangements relate to ownership, investment objectives and tax requirements, while established clients can review structures when operations or ownership plans change.

Property and investment tax is another important service area. Yongxin works with property investors, higher-income individuals and professionals on rental income, capital gains, investment activity and tax issues associated with asset ownership. Personal, company and trust investment information can be coordinated within one relationship.

English and Chinese communication is available, and a WeChat QR code provides an additional enquiry and appointment channel. Services can continue from routine compliance into tax planning, property matters and more complex ownership arrangements.
