X-Man Studio Sydney

X-Man Studio is a photography and film studio based in Sydney, working mainly on weddings and celebrations and also taking on commercial shoots. Its services cover event photography, portrait and couple shoots, short-form video production, editing and post production, and commercial and product photography. The studio also provides proposal and event styling with floral arrangement.

Weddings and celebrations cannot be repeated. The ceremony, the speeches and the toasts happen once, so both the photographer and the videographer need to know the run sheet and the venue in advance, and to have settled camera positions and lighting for the key moments beforehand. Work of this kind rarely begins on the day itself; it starts with going through the schedule, checking the venue and planning coverage.

The commercial line serves clients who need advertising film, product images and event coverage; the working method is similar, with more emphasis on delivering to a brand's established tone.
