Workplace Edge

Workplace Edge is a Brisbane HR and workplace advisory firm that supports organisations with both everyday people management and complex employment matters. It can operate as additional capacity for an internal HR team, provide an external HR manager function, or deliver advice on an ad hoc, retainer or project basis. Clients include small and medium businesses as well as larger, multi-site, education, not-for-profit and public-sector organisations.

Its core services include HR advice, strategy and planning, compliance, policies and procedures, performance and discipline, workplace investigations and industrial and employee relations. Employers can also access support for attendance, feedback, termination and difficult workplace discussions. Education and training builds manager capability, while health, safety and wellbeing services address workplace risk and employee health considerations.

Recruitment and onboarding, workforce planning and culture, individual and team performance, and organisational review and change management extend the service beyond immediate employee issues. This allows Workplace Edge to support a business through hiring, growth, restructuring or workforce stabilisation while maintaining consistent HR foundations. From its Manly base, the firm combines local Brisbane access with flexible ongoing advisory and project delivery.
