Wiseway Logistics

Wiseway Logistics provides international freight forwarding and related logistics services to commercial customers across Australia. Its head office is in Bankstown, Sydney, with operational locations serving Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. The business brings together air and ocean transport, customs-related services, warehousing and domestic distribution, allowing importers and exporters to discuss several parts of a shipment through its Australian network.

Air freight arrangements support shipments moving through international airports and the handovers required after arrival. Ocean freight provides another channel for goods moving between trading locations. Shipment planning begins with the commodity, packaging, weight, destination and commercial documents. Customs requirements can then be considered alongside the transport plan rather than only when a consignment reaches the border.

Warehousing is a substantial part of the local operation. Cold-storage sites in Chipping Norton and Thomastown support products with controlled storage needs, while the Melbourne Airport location connects with air-cargo handling. Other branches help coordinate receiving, storage and onward transport in different states. E-commerce sellers, wholesalers and trading businesses can enquire about international movement, warehouse processing and delivery together. The appropriate service combination depends on the cargo, route and handling conditions.
