Willow & Reed Private Wealth

We provide mortgage and finance broking from Hawthorn in Melbourne, working with Melbourne professionals, families, property investors and commercial borrowers. We begin by understanding the purpose of a loan, income sources, existing debts and the timing of a property or business plan. Different providers apply different credit criteria and offer different loan features, so we explain those distinctions and help clients understand the repayment responsibilities involved.

Founder Durand Oliver manages each client relationship with support from Elisha and administration colleagues. We help clients organise their financial information, review borrowing needs and compare suitable lenders. Household spending, other loan commitments, property details and supporting income documents can all affect an application. We explain what lenders usually need and keep clients informed about the next step rather than leaving them to navigate the documentation alone.

For first-home buyers, we discuss deposits, borrowing capacity, pre-approval and the steps between an initial enquiry and settlement. Clients can compare residential mortgage terms, fixed and variable options, account features and repayment structures. Households moving to another property may also need to consider their current loan alongside the planned purchase and any constraints created by its timing.
