Mills Group WA

Mills Group WA serves clients across Perth and Western Australia. The company concentrates on building work that directly affects a resident's independence, safety and daily use of the home. Alongside general residential capability, the team understands accessibility requirements, individual functional needs and the constraints of modifying an occupied property.

Services include SDA and accessible new homes, NDIS modifications, bathroom and access changes, adaptive technology, renovations, extensions, remedial building and selected incomplete-home work. The team reports completing more than 300 modifications since 2010.

These projects rely on clear communication between the resident, family, occupational therapist, support coordinator, designer and builder. Mills first establishes functional objectives and site conditions, then addresses design, compliance, budget, sequence and disruption to occupants.

Mills Group WA suits families and service organisations that need practical requirements translated into construction details, as well as owners seeking an organised response to defects or unfinished residential work.

Before appointment, clients can discuss the site or existing property, intended use, priorities, budget range and desired timing with Mills Group WA.
