Dino Design

Dino Design is a Noble Park building design and drafting studio working on residential and selected commercial projects throughout Melbourne. Its project types include single dwellings, new homes, extensions and renovations, dual occupancies, unit developments, apartments and shops, garages, carports and second small dwellings. The process begins with the brief, site and regulatory conditions before the architectural and technical information is progressively developed.

New homes are shaped by land conditions, orientation, spatial relationships and the way the household intends to use the property. Renovations require an accurate understanding of existing conditions so retained, removed and proposed work can be coordinated. Dual-occupancy and multi-unit projects add site yield, separation between dwellings, vehicle and pedestrian access and town-planning requirements. Apartment or shop work is documented to suit the building use and project scale.

Services can extend from concept and development design into town planning, development application drawings, 3D visualisation and construction documentation. Dino Design coordinates with engineers, energy assessors and other consultants so structural, energy and architectural information remain aligned. Working drawings can then form part of the package required by the building surveyor, with support available for builder queries and design clarification during construction.
