SA Gold Traders

SA Gold Traders operates a physical precious-metals business from Gawler Place in the Adelaide CBD. The company buys and sells gold, silver and platinum products, with bullion bars, coins and other available formats forming a central part of the range. Customers can visit the trading office to discuss current stock and pricing, and products that are available may be collected after the transaction is completed.

The business also assists with sourcing bullion that is not immediately in stock. Customers looking for a particular weight, mint or product format can discuss their requirements with the team, and an order can be arranged subject to availability. On the sell side, SA Gold Traders purchases eligible gold, silver and other precious-metal items. The office uses metal-testing equipment to help assess material before a price is agreed.

SA Gold Traders is also listed as an authorised Perth Mint distributor. This gives local customers access to selected mint products through an Adelaide dealer rather than requiring a direct interstate transaction. Self-managed super funds can purchase physical bullion through the business with invoices prepared for the fund entity, although the company’s role is the supply and transaction of the metal rather than the provision of investment or superannuation advice.
