Technowand

Technowand provides managed IT and business technology support from offices in Canberra and Brisbane. Its Canberra team is based in Dickson and works with organisations that want an outsourced IT function as well as businesses that already have internal technology staff but need additional service desk, operational or specialist capacity. The managed model is designed around continuing ownership of the environment rather than waiting for individual faults to become disruptive.

Core support includes a help desk, user and endpoint assistance, monitoring, patching, maintenance and routine troubleshooting. Technowand also uses documentation, service levels and regular reporting to give clients a clearer view of their technology environment and the work being performed. Microsoft 365 and cloud services support accounts, collaboration and business applications, while local onsite visits complement remote support when devices, networks or office infrastructure require physical attention.

The company also works across networks, servers, cloud migrations, backup and disaster recovery. These capabilities allow the same technical relationship to support a business when it adds staff, refreshes devices, changes premises or introduces new systems.
