SOS Recruitment

SOS Recruitment Canberra-headquartered recruitment and staffing firm supporting government and business clients with permanent, temporary, non-ongoing and contract hiring. SOS Recruitment has a long history in the Canberra market, supporting public-sector and business clients across permanent, temporary, non-ongoing and contract workforce needs. The team can manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate recommendation around a defined role requirement, with assessment, testing or scribing support available for more structured campaigns. Employers with recurring workforce needs can use the firm to maintain reusable talent channels and access temporary or contract staff during project cycles, peak workloads or vacancies. The service is designed to balance a disciplined recruitment process with clear candidate communication, making it suitable for government and other organisations where selection procedures and documentation matter. SOS Recruitment can support formal selection exercises, larger campaigns and recruitment programs that involve multiple stakeholders or defined assessment steps. Its work across Employee Onboarding, Recruiting, Staffing, and Talent Acquisition can connect sourcing, candidate communication, interview support and documentation into one coordinated process. Additional support can draw on Workforce Planning, Scribing, and Assessment Support where those capabilities fit the assignment.
