RNB Design Solutions

RNB Design Solutions is a Melbourne building-design and development consultancy with service locations in South Melbourne and Mount Waverley. The practice works on private homes, townhouses, duplexes, multi-unit developments and commercial projects, connecting architectural design with early project strategy. Its approach places particular emphasis on clarifying scope, planning conditions and development realities before a client commits to detailed documentation.

For development work, site evaluation and feasibility studies can test constraints, likely scale, planning controls and project risk before schematic design begins. Private-home clients are more directly focused on lifestyle, spatial function, architectural character and long-term use. Commercial projects are shaped around operational requirements as well as the approval and construction conditions that influence how the building will function.

Services include architectural and concept design, development design, town-planning applications, working drawings and construction documentation, building permits and 3D presentations. The team can also undertake site measurements, existing-conditions work, tender management, project management and broader property-development support. Engineering, planning and other consultant information is incorporated as the project develops so key decisions remain traceable in the documentation.
