Reiné and Paul Williams established Tranquil Architecture in 2021 to improve comfort in Canberra homes through cold winters and hot summers. Architecture and thermal assessment are developed together, allowing orientation, insulation, airtightness, glazing and planning to be tested early.
Services concentrate on energy-efficient homes, renovations, extensions, knockdown rebuilds, secondary dwellings, thermal assessment and interiors. Across different scales, the team considers relationships between building, street, landscape, neighbours and the routines inside.
