P&S Davis Builders

P&S Davis Builders is a family-run Brisbane business focused on residential renovations, extensions and custom homes. Building experience runs through three generations of the Davis family, and the company has long worked with established Brisbane houses, including Queenslanders. Those properties often require careful decisions about what to retain, what to update and how new space should connect with the character and proportions of the original home.

The business deliberately takes on a limited number of projects at a time so that Peter Davis, Stewart Davis and the construction team can remain closely involved. Its published gallery includes exterior work, kitchens, bedrooms and other residential spaces, as well as before-and-after transformations. Renovation work can involve a broad update to an existing dwelling, while extensions add rooms or living areas without treating the original home as an afterthought. Custom-home work is available for clients who need a residence built around their own requirements rather than a standard package.
