onpoint 365

onpoint 365 is a Canberra-based HR and recruitment provider spanning permanent hiring, contracting, labour-hire staffing, payroll, RPO, training and government recruitment projects. onpoint 365 extends beyond candidate search into contractor management and selected outsourced workforce processes, allowing employers to manage different hiring cycles through one provider. Clients can engage the firm for individual permanent or contract roles, or use broader services such as campaign recruitment, RPO, labour-hire staffing and payroll support for ongoing workforce needs. Training, recruitment project support and scribing can also be incorporated, covering several stages from talent acquisition and assessment through to contractor administration. Canberra is a key operating base, and the business has substantial exposure to government and large-organisation procurement environments where process consistency, compliance and reliable talent supply are important. Recruitment and HR support can be used together rather than treated as separate projects. onpoint 365 can work across Corporate Training & Coaching, Executive Search, Payroll Services, and Recruiting, giving clients a route from immediate talent acquisition into workforce planning or people support as the organisation grows or changes. Additional support can draw on Staffing, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning where those capabilities fit the assignment.
