Nailed It Creations

Nailed It Creations is a family-run Brisbane building business established in 2013, with residential work spanning renovations, custom homes, new-home construction and extensions. Its published projects include homes in Holland Park, Morningside, Thorneside and Wynnum West, giving the portfolio a mix of established-property upgrades and individual residential builds developed around a particular site.

The company’s process moves from the first enquiry and a face-to-face discussion into the technical steps required for the project, including coordination with engineers, certifiers and other specialists where needed, before construction and practical completion. Renovation work updates the layout, materials and function of an existing home, while an extension creates additional usable space for the household. Custom and new homes are developed around the individual block and owner brief rather than treated as an off-the-shelf product. A regular construction team and specialist trade relationships help connect these stages as the project moves onto site.
