BBS Homes

BBS Homes has delivered residential building work in Canberra since 2011. Services include custom homes, new builds, home designs and house-and-land packages across the ACT and nearby NSW areas such as Googong, with a Fyshwick contact office.

The core service mix includes Custom Home Builder, New Home Build, Project Homes, Construction Project Management, House and Land Packages. Scope is shaped around the site, the existing building where relevant, the intended use and the client brief. New-build work covers complete delivery, while renovation, extension and rebuild projects respond to the conditions of an established property.

Clients can begin with an existing house design or a custom brief, adapting the plan to the block, budget and spatial requirements before moving through quoting, construction preparation and site delivery. Early stages establish the brief, site constraints, budget direction and design information. Construction then moves through trade coordination, material scheduling, site management and completion, with the level of design input adjusted to the type and complexity of the project.

The business primarily serves ACT and NSW. Its main contact point is Unit 8, 64 Wollongong Street, Fyshwick, ACT 2609. Projects are organised around practical building delivery, with design coordination and construction management used where the scope requires an integrated process.
