Mint Homes & Renovations

Across Brisbane, Mint Homes & Renovations undertakes established-home renovations and extensions alongside individual custom and new-home projects. Its published work includes projects in The Gap, Woolloongabba, Northgate and Keperra, and much of the portfolio starts with established homes that need better use of space, refreshed materials or a more practical layout for the household.

The Northgate project created additional workspace beneath an existing home and incorporated a kitchenette, bathroom and timber details that sit comfortably with the character of the property. Other project imagery shows specific renovation outcomes such as renewed entrances and timber floors, modern kitchen cabinetry, stone benchtops and tiled splashbacks. Extension work adds usable residential area while resolving movement and visual continuity between the new construction and the original dwelling. Custom and new-home projects carry the same attention to detail into a complete build that begins with the site and the client’s residential brief.
