Mills Recruitment

Mills Recruitment provides professional, engineering, manufacturing, mining and executive recruitment with contract staffing from Subiaco, serving Western Australian employers across accounting, engineering, manufacturing, mining, professional services and executive appointments. Mills Recruitment supports permanent, contract and project hiring, with assignments shaped around the role, required experience, location and timing.

Services include recruitment, staffing, executive search, and talent acquisition, with further capability in payroll services and workforce planning. Mills Recruitment can manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination and placement, while contract or project work also considers availability, assignment length and mobilisation.

Across accounting, engineering, manufacturing, mining, professional services and executive appointments, Mills Recruitment uses industry networks, direct outreach and candidate conversations to build a focused search. For Mills Recruitment clients, this helps reach credible people beyond inbound applications and gives specialist or time-sensitive roles a clearer path from brief to shortlist.

Mills Recruitment works with SMEs and larger organisations on new roles, team expansion, key replacements and project workforce needs. The Subiaco office provides a local contact point for Western Australian clients. Mills Recruitment can combine local delivery with remote support for distributed teams.
