Mava Projects

Mava Projects is based in Chatswood, NSW and works on custom homes, knockdown rebuilds, duplexes and granny flats, extensions, and construction project management.

Custom-home projects are shaped around a specific design brief or individual space requirements, with the construction scope defined by the site, drawings and agreed works. Duplex construction covers projects with two dwellings arranged on the same development, subject to the site, design and approval conditions.

Granny-flat construction covers secondary residential space on a property, with the build defined by site conditions, design and approvals. Knockdown-rebuild work replaces an existing dwelling with a new home on the same site, using the new residential design as the basis for construction. Construction project management covers coordination of site delivery, building activities, trades and the agreed project scope.

The business is located in Chatswood, NSW. Clients can use the relevant services for new construction, changes to an existing home, multi-dwelling work or project management where applicable. Final requirements are set by the individual property, approvals, design and construction scope.
