Luminary

Luminary is a Brisbane-headquartered executive search, leadership and human-capital advisory firm that works with boards, CEOs, senior executives and organisations making critical leadership decisions. Established in 2019, the firm extends beyond executive recruitment into leadership development, human-capital consulting, workforce solutions, assessment, remuneration and reward and succession planning. This allows clients to address not only who should be appointed, but also how leadership capability and organisational needs should evolve over time.\n\nExecutive Search and specialised recruitment are central services, with consultants supporting senior and critical appointments through market engagement, assessment and selection. For organisations that need a more structured leadership pipeline, Luminary also provides CEO succession planning. This work can include defining successor requirements, aligning leadership capability frameworks, assessing internal candidates and developing readiness plans so that boards can manage leadership continuity and succession risk before a vacancy becomes urgent.\n\nHR Advisory and Human Capital Consulting include remuneration and reward, job and competency design, job evaluation, market matching, salary packaging and executive incentive advice. Leadership Development supports senior leaders and leadership teams seeking stronger capability, performance and organisational impact.
