Loan Monster

We are Loan Monster, a mortgage brokerage in Fremantle led by directors Andrew Siegert and Scott Thornton. Our team includes brokers Rex Matthews, Jessie Fear and Tina Meadowcroft. We help home buyers, property investors and business clients discuss residential, construction, refinancing and commercial borrowing options, with direct broker support throughout the loan process.

We begin with the client's borrowing goal, transaction timetable and current financial circumstances. We help organise income, asset, debt and property documents before comparing relevant lender products. Once a direction is selected, we assist with the application, respond to requests for further information and discuss valuations, conditions and the steps leading to settlement.

We aim to remain available after settlement if work, family circumstances or property plans change. Loan rates, costs, eligibility and approval depend on the lender's current requirements and each applicant's circumstances. We cannot promise approval or a guaranteed lowest rate. Clients should obtain separate legal, tax or investment advice when those decisions require another professional.

For home finance, we review the buyer's deposit, income and manageable repayments before comparing lender products. We explain loan terms, rate structures, relevant fees and repayment features, considering how they affect the household budget after the purchase.
