Each commission begins with the client objectives, site information and the relevant Council or Private Certifier requirements before the architectural direction is developed.
The studio works across Architectural Design, Concept Design, Residential Architecture, Commercial Architecture, Development Design, Renovation Design, Development Application Drawings, DA Approval, Construction Documentation and 3D Rendering. Early work can include site assessment and measurement, followed by a design phase in which the brief is developed into a 3D model with attention to natural light, ventilation and building orientation.
At DA stage, the studio can prepare site plans, site analysis, floor plans, elevations, sections and 3D material. Projects moving to a Construction Certificate receive a more detailed level of documentation for later construction preparation. The combination of residential, seniors-living, commercial and industrial work allows Kleyn Creations to adjust its design and documentation approach to each building type rather than applying one standard project format.
