KCA Site Services

KCA Site Services provides recruitment, labour hire and project workforce support for mining, civil and construction from West Perth, serving Western Australian employers across underground and surface mining, haulage, maintenance, construction and project services. KCA Site Services supports permanent, contract and project hiring, with assignments shaped around the role, required experience, location and timing.

Services include recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, and workforce planning, with further capability in labour hire and project workforce solutions. KCA Site Services can manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination and placement, while contract or project work also considers availability, assignment length and mobilisation.

Across underground and surface mining, haulage, maintenance, construction and project services, KCA Site Services uses industry networks, direct outreach and candidate conversations to build a focused search. For KCA Site Services clients, this helps reach credible people beyond inbound applications and gives specialist or time-sensitive roles a clearer path from brief to shortlist.

KCA Site Services works with SMEs and larger organisations on new roles, team expansion, key replacements and project workforce needs. The West Perth office provides a local contact point for Western Australian clients. KCA Site Services can combine local delivery with remote support for distributed teams.
