Juicebox

From West Leederville, Greater Perth, Juicebox builds digital products around technology, design and digital product teams working together on websites, applications, integrations and commerce experiences. Customer experience and internal operations are considered together so front-end interaction, administration and data handling form one connected flow.

The delivery mix includes Website development, Custom Software development, SaaS Product development, API Integration & development. SaaS development considers multi-user operation, permissions, continuous releases and scalable architecture for products intended to be run over the long term. API integration connects finance, CRM, operational or third-party platforms so important data can move between systems under clear business rules. Website development brings together front-end experience, content management and business functionality with room for maintenance and future extension. Custom software is shaped around the organisation’s own rules and processes, reducing the workarounds created when generic tools do not fit.

Where several platforms are involved, APIs, identity, data synchronisation and error handling are planned together so integration is part of the product rather than a late addition. Maintainability is part of delivery, with clearer structure, testing and administration designed to reduce reliance on temporary workarounds or knowledge held by one person.
