J&J Construction and RenovationVerified

J&J Construction and Renovation Pty Ltd, known to Chinese-speaking clients as J&J Construction and Renovation, is a building and renovation company based in Rowville in Melbourne's south-east, working on houses, townhouses and other homes across Greater Melbourne. Its principal, Jeff He, has more than 18 years of experience in the Australian building and renovation industry, and clients can deal with the team in English or Chinese.

Residential renovation is the core of the business, from whole-of-house refurbishments and upgrades to older homes to reworked living areas and fit-outs for new homes. Kitchen renovation is another focus, with cabinetry, island benches, benchtops and appliance positions redesigned around how the family cooks. The company also builds villas, managing each stage from structure to interior finishing.

Projects are delivered on a design-and-build basis. The team inspects the site, discusses budget and goals, and prepares a concept and quote before confirming materials and timelines. One team coordinates carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tiling and painting. Every project carries building insurance, and plumbing and electrical work comes with a six-year after-sales warranty.

Homeowners planning a renovation or build can call Jeff on 0426 399 915 or add WeChat he0426399915 to arrange a site visit.
