Itch Recruitment

Itch Recruitment provides recruitment and workforce support across professional, technical, mining, drilling and site-based roles from Subiaco, serving Western Australian employers across professional and technical services, mining and resources, drilling, trades and site services. Itch Recruitment supports permanent, contract and project hiring, with assignments shaped around the role, required experience, location and timing.

Services include recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, and workforce planning, with further capability in permanent recruitment and contract recruitment. Itch Recruitment can manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination and placement, while contract or project work also considers availability, assignment length and mobilisation.

Across professional and technical services, mining and resources, drilling, trades and site services, Itch Recruitment uses industry networks, direct outreach and candidate conversations to build a focused search. For Itch Recruitment clients, this helps reach credible people beyond inbound applications and gives specialist or time-sensitive roles a clearer path from brief to shortlist.

Itch Recruitment works with SMEs and larger organisations on new roles, team expansion, key replacements and project workforce needs. The Subiaco office provides a local contact point for Western Australian clients. Itch Recruitment can combine local delivery with remote support for distributed teams.
