Invilla Architecture

Invilla Architecture is a residential-focused practice with studios in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and Hobart. Its work centres on custom homes, Queenslander renovations, knock-down rebuilds, major alterations and smaller developments across South East Queensland and beyond. The practice places early emphasis on site conditions, project goals and realistic budget expectations.

An online estimator and early consultation help establish the likely project range before architectural design progresses. Custom homes and renovations then move through concept development with lifestyle, existing character, natural light, ventilation and indoor-outdoor relationships considered together. The practice also states that it can assist with council approvals and provides 3D drawings to improve design communication.

Invilla works on a fixed-fee basis once the project scope is established, which encourages detailed briefing before later design stages. Renovations and small developments can require planning, consultant and builder coordination as documentation becomes more resolved, allowing the architect-led concept to remain connected to practical delivery requirements.

The Brisbane studio is in Morningside, with additional locations in Currimundi and Molesworth.
