Intrinsic Financial Solutions

We provide independent mortgage and finance broking from Collins Street in Melbourne. Our clients include first-home buyers, established homeowners, property investors and business operators with different funding needs. We begin by discussing the purpose of the finance, existing commitments and the timing of a decision before comparing products. This gives clients a clearer basis for evaluating their options.

Our business is led by Alex Zaikin, whose background includes institutional banking, foreign exchange and capital markets. That experience informs the way we examine borrowing needs, business circumstances and loan structures. We aim to explain financial concepts in language clients can use, while separating lending assistance from matters that properly require accounting, legal or investment advice.

For residential buyers, we help work through deposit plans, loan amounts, repayments and the documents lenders commonly request. First-home buyers may need particular help understanding the order of events between finding a property, making an application and reaching settlement. We describe the relevant steps and discuss loan features so clients can approach a purchase with a more organised funding plan.
