HR Business Assist

HR Business Assist is a Brisbane CBD human resources consultancy operating under a brand established in 2014. It supports employers ranging from small businesses to larger organisations, giving owners and management teams access to external HR capability when and how they need it.

A Queen Street office provides a physical Brisbane contact point, while many advisory, document-review and training activities can also be delivered remotely. The model suits employers whose workforce is changing, businesses seeking tighter compliance controls, and management teams that want complex employee-relations matters handled with external HR expertise.

Its work covers employee relations, HR compliance, policies and documentation, workplace investigations, performance and disciplinary processes, terminations, restructures, wage assessments and salary benchmarking. The team also provides policy training, workshops, onboarding and induction support, combining everyday advice with more formal high-risk processes.

Clients can use subscription arrangements, blocks of consulting time or project-specific assistance rather than committing every need to the same service model. Where an internal HR team exists, HR Business Assist can add specialist capacity; where it does not, the consultancy can provide continuing support for employee matters, documentation and manager advice.
