Xinfu Forex

Xinfu Forex provides foreign currency exchange and international remittance services in Melbourne, with customer contact locations in Box Hill and Doncaster. Its core business centres on Australian dollar and Chinese yuan transactions and transfers between Australian and overseas bank accounts. The company publishes Chinese-language information, a currency calculator and practical instructions for customers preparing to exchange or remit funds.

Customers first establish the intended currency pair, amount and transaction purpose with the team. Before sending money, they are asked to confirm the receiving bank account details and the rate applicable to that transaction. Its service uses bank-to-bank electronic funds transfers. Customers submit a transfer receipt along with identifying information for the sender and recipient, allowing the remittance instruction and incoming funds to be checked.

The process is particularly relevant to people moving funds between Australia and China for personal needs or business payments. Individuals may discuss family, living or education-related transactions, while commercial customers may enquire about conversions linked to international obligations. Xinfu emphasises the relationship between the payer, recipient and nominated account. It also states that its electronic transfer service does not accept cash or third-party payments.
