The delivery mix includes Custom Software development, SaaS Product development, Website development, Mobile App development. Mobile application development extends important workflows to phones and tablets for customer service, field activity and internal collaboration. Custom software is shaped around the organisation’s own rules and processes, reducing the workarounds created when generic tools do not fit. SaaS development considers multi-user operation, permissions, continuous releases and scalable architecture for products intended to be run over the long term. Website development brings together front-end experience, content management and business functionality with room for maintenance and future extension.

Clear review points allow clients to confirm functionality, experience and business rules as work progresses, with release testing focused on important journeys, exceptions and data handling.
