We start by understanding the client's purpose, purchase timetable, income, assets and existing debt. We help organise financial and property documents, compare lenders and explain the requirements of a suitable application. Once the client selects a direction, we assist with paperwork, lender questions, outstanding conditions and settlement.

Clients can come back when work, family or property plans change after settlement. Loan terms, rates, fees, eligibility and approval remain subject to the lender and each application. For a residential mortgage, we consider the deposit, household income, living expenses and affordable repayments. We compare loan terms, fixed or variable rates and other features, explaining the practical impact of costs and ongoing obligations.

First home buyers can ask about borrowing capacity, pre-approval, deposit records and relevant Western Australian assistance. We explain purchasing costs and eligibility requirements, distinguishing an indicative estimate from a final lender decision.
