Gresley Abas

Gresley Abas was established in 2004. It is a Perth architecture and design practice spanning architecture, master planning, interiors, design review and policy work across housing, community, learning and public-realm projects.

Core project types include housing and multi-residential, community and cultural projects, education and learning, civic architecture, urban design and social infrastructure. Many commissions require coordination among government, community, consultants and end users, supporting a practice model that combines early engagement with detailed technical delivery.

Public, education and community projects need to respond to users, operators and the wider place. Gresley Abas brings briefing, accessibility, long-term operation and consultant input into the design so that the building supports continuing use rather than a single moment of delivery.

Gresley Abas works across architectural design, commercial architecture, concept design, construction documentation, feasibility design and interior architecture. As a project moves toward delivery, spatial design, technical detail and consultant coordination are developed together rather than as separate exercises. Design, approvals and technical work are treated as a continuous process. As the project develops, Gresley Abas coordinates architecture, interiors and specialist systems into a coherent set of information, protecting the central spatial intent during delivery.
