The business was originally formulated in 1977 and took a four year period to establish itself as a trading entity. The Company was incorporated in March 1981 under the name of GD Engineering Pty Ltd with its focus on Design and Construction due to the Managing Director’s qualifications as a Structural Engineer. The company operated successfully in this approach within the industrial/commercial market as a small family business for many years. GD Building Solutions Pty Ltd has been a Family Business since incorporation continuing the family business structure Nathan Dee is now the Managing Director following the retirement of the founding directors. Since Incorporation the core of the business activities has shifted from a design initiated aspect to a Building/Construction driven business that has ability to offer a design and construct option if required.
