Ellivo Architects

Ellivo Architects is a Brisbane City practice with a strong focus on multi-residential, commercial, mixed-use and development work. These projects require planning, density, resident experience, public interface and commercial objectives to be considered at the same time, so the design process often begins with feasibility and site opportunity rather than architectural form alone.

Concept design establishes massing, key uses and the architectural direction before the team progresses through development design and detailed documentation. Multi-residential projects involve units, shared areas, parking, services and privacy, while mixed-use schemes add relationships between different commercial and residential functions. The practice also uses 3D technology to make complex spatial and development decisions easier to communicate.

A team in the 11–50 employee range provides capacity for consultant coordination and larger project structures. Masterplanning capability allows the practice to work beyond an individual building and consider the organisation of a wider site, public space and possible staging. This is particularly useful to development clients making early decisions about project structure and value.

It is suited to medium and larger clients that need development thinking, architecture and digital design communication to remain connected.
