Bal4 Design

Bal4 Design works from Beecroft as a residential building design studio, concentrating on new homes, duplexes, alterations and additions, knockdown-rebuild projects and feasibility-led residential development. Projects begin by establishing what the site and brief need to achieve, then move into increasingly resolved architectural information as the design direction becomes clearer.

For project delivery, Bal4 Design works across Architectural Design, Sustainable Architecture, Feasibility Design, Concept Design, Development Design, Residential Architecture, DA Approval, Construction Documentation, and Renovation Design. The services represent increasing levels of design resolution, beginning with concept and architectural direction, moving through development where needed, and concluding with the drawings required for approval and construction preparation.

Bal4 Design places feasibility at the front of residential development decisions, particularly for duplex, knockdown-rebuild and redevelopment scenarios. Once a direction is established, concept and development design carry the site strategy into a more resolved residential scheme before approval and construction documentation are prepared.
