Paul spent five years at Connell Wagner (now Aurecon) in Melbourne before making the sea change to South Gippsland, Victoria, where he started consulting from a home office in Venus Bay. In 2021, Deery Consulting welcomed on board a new director, Matt Cook, to help Paul lead and direct the company into the future. Matt was already well known to many as he was an existing Senior Engineer here at Deery Consulting.
