Dada International

Dada International operates a currency exchange and remittance business in Sydney, with a city office on York Street and another listed location in Auburn. The company publishes individual telephone numbers for the two locations and a shared customer service email address. Its Chinese-language website explains the currencies it handles, individual and corporate account registration and the main sequence for making an exchange or transfer. Its displayed currency pairs include Australian dollars against Chinese yuan, US dollars, Hong Kong dollars, New Zealand dollars, Japanese yen and euros. The business also lists a US dollar and Chinese yuan pair. Customers can review the relevant exchange direction before contacting staff about the proposed amount and the receiving account. Both currency conversion and international money transfers are included in its service descriptions. Dada explains a procedure beginning with registration and confirmation of the relevant quotation. Customers then arrange the sending payment, retain evidence of the bank transfer and supply the beneficiary account details. The business offers account-opening paths for both individuals and corporate applicants. Customers can describe the payment purpose and intended currencies so that staff can explain which details are needed before funds are transferred.
