Cyber Services Group

Cyber Services Group is based in Tingalpa, Brisbane and combines building design and drafting with related engineering, soil and energy services. Its design portfolio includes new homes, passive houses, renovations and extensions, secondary structures, multi-residential work, commercial fitouts, childcare and education projects. This broader technical base allows more project information to be coordinated within one group.

Residential projects can move from concept and architectural planning into detailed documentation with site, lifestyle, climate and budget considered together. Passive or energy-conscious homes require building performance to influence design early, while renovations need careful integration of existing structure and new spaces. Construction documentation then turns the agreed design into more coordinated project information.

Commercial, multi-residential, childcare and school projects introduce additional operational, accessibility and compliance requirements. Repeated units, common areas, services and specialist regulations can affect the architecture from the beginning. In-house drafting, engineering and energy capability can help the team identify these constraints earlier and reduce handover between separate providers.
