Glenway Homes

Glenway Homes serves clients across Perth and Western Australia. The company has worked on individual homes in established Perth areas including Cottesloe, Floreat and Nedlands. Its role is to translate an architect's intent into a buildable, durable residence without losing the details that give the design its character.

Services include premium custom homes, architect-designed residences, construction pricing, project management and selected renovation work. Material junctions, structural details, finishing quality and coordination between specialist trades receive continued attention during delivery.

Before construction, the team reviews drawings, specifications, budget and site conditions with the architect, engineers, interior designers and relevant trades. A deliberately limited annual workload allows John Woodford to remain directly involved in site progress and key decisions.

Glenway Homes suits clients who already have an architect or are planning a highly individual residence and place particular value on design fidelity, craftsmanship and direct accountability.

Before appointment, clients can discuss the site or existing property, intended use, priorities, budget range and desired timing with Glenway Homes. Relevant capabilities include Custom Home Builder, New Home Build, Building Quote, Construction Project Management, Home Renovation.
