Clicks IT Recruitment

Clicks IT Recruitment is a specialist IT, technology and digital recruitment firm with a physical office in Canberra CBD, supported by additional teams in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. The Canberra operation has a long history of supplying technology professionals to ACT and Commonwealth employers across permanent, fixed-term and contract engagements. Its specialist areas include Software and Application Development, Cyber and Security, Cloud and Infrastructure, Project Services and Transformation, BI/Data and Analytics, and Web and Digital Experience. The Canberra team combines recruitment consultants, account managers and sourcing specialists. For individual vacancies, the process can begin with a detailed technical brief and targeted candidate search. For recurring or project-based demand, Clicks can draw on pre-qualified technology talent pools and broader contracting capability. Once a contractor is placed, the company’s Contractor Care and contractor-management functions provide continuing support, giving both the worker and hiring organisation a service point beyond the initial recruitment transaction. Clicks has a strong Canberra government focus. Current Commonwealth supplier information describes more than two decades of work with Federal and ACT Government clients and a substantial number of placements in the Canberra technology market.
