Cirrena

Cirrena uses Subiaco, Greater Perth as its local delivery base and focuses on product-led development for custom software, mobile apps and web products that need to move from concept into continuous iteration. The company treats digital products as operational infrastructure, considering adoption, administration and future extension from the beginning.

The delivery mix includes Custom Software development, Mobile App development, Website development, UI/UX design. Website development brings together front-end experience, content management and business functionality with room for maintenance and future extension. UI/UX design organises information and interaction around real user tasks so complex functions are easier to understand and use consistently. Custom software is shaped around the organisation’s own rules and processes, reducing the workarounds created when generic tools do not fit. Mobile application development extends important workflows to phones and tablets for customer service, field activity and internal collaboration.

Engineering considers performance, permissions, data integrity, maintainability and deployment as well as the immediate feature list, giving the product a stronger long-term foundation. Release preparation covers both the main business scenarios and everyday administration, helping client teams manage content, data and future change once the product is live.
