Cipher Projects

Cipher Projects works from Mawson, Canberra, where it has operated since 2023, delivering Custom Software Development, Cloud & Platform Engineering, AI Engineering to organisations that need digital products designed, built and maintained. Existing sites are also redeveloped and improved without discarding earlier investment, focusing on experience and conversion paths. As business needs shift and technical environments change, sites and systems require ongoing adjustment to stay stable, secure and usable on mobile devices. Communication stays within one team from brief to handover, which avoids gaps opening between design and engineering. Launch is not treated as the end point: maintenance, performance tuning, content and feature updates and later stages of development continue afterwards. Where a project connects to customer management systems, payment providers, cloud services or internal databases, integration and automation are used to remove repetitive manual steps. Interface experience, backend logic, data connections, performance and long-term maintenance are considered together rather than handled in isolation.
