Chross Homes & Developments

Chross Homes & Developments serves clients across Perth and Western Australia. Oscar and Chris remain involved from early planning through delivery, working across both owner-occupied homes and small development sites. The Osborne Park showroom gives clients a place to discuss materials, inclusions and the way the team approaches a build.

Residential work includes individually designed new homes, renovations and extensions. Development capabilities cover duplex, triplex, townhouse and other multi-unit formats, with each proposal shaped by lot dimensions, planning controls, intended occupants and budget.

The team begins by clarifying the objective and site potential, then coordinates feasibility, design, pricing, approvals, selections, construction and handover. On development work, layout, parking, construction efficiency and end-market needs are considered together before the project advances.

Chross suits homeowners who want a non-standard design and continued director involvement, as well as small developers seeking a balance between residential quality and a workable development outcome.

Before appointment, clients can discuss the site or existing property, intended use, priorities, budget range and desired timing with Chross Homes & Developments. Relevant capabilities include Custom Home Builder, New Home Build, Duplex Builder, Townhouse Builder, Home Renovation, Home Extension, Construction Project Management.
