Cameron Chisholm Nicol

Cameron Chisholm Nicol was established in 1884. It is a long-established Perth architecture and interiors practice spanning residential and mixed-use, workplace, sport, civic and community, hospitality and retail, education and science, health and aged care.

Services can include feasibility, concept design, architecture, interior architecture, technical development, construction documentation, consultant coordination and construction-stage services, with sustainability and heritage advice where relevant.

Education, community and public projects often move through extended decision and approval processes. Cameron Chisholm Nicol uses master planning, staged design and technical coordination to preserve a clear architectural direction as different parties become involved.

From project initiation through detailed delivery, Cameron Chisholm Nicol can provide architectural design, commercial architecture, concept design, construction documentation, feasibility design and interior architecture. Design iteration and consultant coordination are used to resolve approvals, construction logic and technical requirements before they become site problems. As the work moves from concept into detailed design, Cameron Chisholm Nicol uses drawings, specifications and consultant coordination to make the project progressively more precise. Spatial, material and construction decisions remain tied to the core idea established at the outset.
