Cory Webb Design

Cory Webb Design delivers residential building design services from Oxley Park, with work centred on new homes, Passivhaus-oriented homes, bushfire-responsive homes, coastal houses, duplexes, dual occupancies, townhouses and major renovations. The first task is to clarify the use, site relationship and design priorities; those findings are then translated into architectural drawings that become more detailed as the commission progresses.

Cory Webb Design undertakes Architectural Design, Concept Design, Residential Architecture, Sustainable Architecture, Renovation Design, Development Application Drawings, DA Approval, Construction Documentation, and 3D Rendering as part of its core work. This allows the studio to participate at the beginning of a commission and continue into approval or construction stages, with renovation work responding to existing buildings and new-build work establishing a broader architectural framework.

Cory Webb Design works with residential sites that can bring very different environmental demands. Passivhaus-oriented homes, bushfire-responsive sites and coastal houses each require a different response, so sustainable architecture sits alongside residential design, renovation work and construction documentation rather than being treated as a separate add-on.
