Buildana

Buildana is based in Fairfield, NSW and works on custom homes, knockdown rebuilds, duplexes and granny flats, and renovations and extensions.

Custom-home projects are shaped around a specific design brief or individual space requirements, with the construction scope defined by the site, drawings and agreed works. Knockdown-rebuild work replaces an existing dwelling with a new home on the same site, using the new residential design as the basis for construction. Duplex construction covers projects with two dwellings arranged on the same development, subject to the site, design and approval conditions.

Granny-flat construction covers secondary residential space on a property, with the build defined by site conditions, design and approvals. Home-renovation work updates or changes an existing dwelling and can involve internal spaces, layouts and building work within the agreed renovation scope.

The business is located in Fairfield, NSW. Clients can use the relevant services for new construction, changes to an existing home, multi-dwelling work or project management where applicable. Final requirements are set by the individual property, approvals, design and construction scope.
