BRD Group

BRD Group is a building and interior design practice headquartered on the Sunshine Coast with a second office in Loganholme, Brisbane. The company works across residential, multi-residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, public and institutional projects, combining building design, interiors, design management, project coordination and development support. Its portfolio ranges from individual residences to apartment projects and health-focused developments, with the team supporting projects through concept, design development, documentation and consultant coordination. The two-office structure gives BRD Group direct access to both the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane markets. Maroochydore places the head office close to a substantial residential and multi-residential development corridor, while Loganholme strengthens coverage toward Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Work includes individual houses, apartment projects and health or lifestyle facilities, demonstrating a portfolio that moves between private residential and more complex commercial development. The company’s service range is broader than building design alone. The practice offers interior design, design management, project coordination, development support and project management, allowing the team to remain involved as projects move from concept into developed design, documentation and consultant coordination.
