Bionic Homes

Bionic Homes serves clients across Perth and Western Australia. Led by engineers Michael and Sam Taweel, the business presents close to 40 years of combined engineering and construction experience. Its model is particularly relevant when a site, structure or architectural brief requires more technical attention than a conventional project-home process.

Capabilities include premium custom homes, new residential construction, design-and-build coordination and project management. Published work also includes taking responsibility for a difficult three-storey residence, demonstrating an ability to assess existing documentation, structural conditions and site problems.

The directors consider design intent, engineering, site constraints, budget and construction sequence before coordinating architects, consultants and trades. Bionic limits each supervisor to no more than five active projects, supporting closer attention to decisions and workmanship.

Bionic Homes is suited to Perth clients with a distinctive design, complex structure or exacting finish who want direct access to a technically informed building team.

Before appointment, clients can discuss the site or existing property, intended use, priorities, budget range and desired timing with Bionic Homes. Relevant capabilities include Custom Home Builder, New Home Build, Construction Project Management, Luxury Residential Construction, Design and Build.
